The first big game of 2021 is just around the corner in the form of Hitman 3, which means its time for one last media blast before release. The title's launch trailer has just hit the web, and it's a moody one to say the very least. Featuring multiple clips from every location in the game as well as a ton of slow-motion action, IO Interactive is living up to its claims of the third and final entry being the darkest one yet. It's out in two days so this last bit of footage should be enough to tide you over. Better yet, the Push Square review will be out tomorrow.
Have you secured your Hitman 3 pre-order? Will you be porting your progress from Hitman and Hitman 2 over, or starting from fresh? Detail your stealthy approach in the comments below.

I've secured my pre-order a few weeks ago and all pre-loaded on the Xbox 1. Hopefully this game aint filled with gamebreaking bugs and giltches that need snipping... Cant wait till Wednesday morning lets go.
typo - you wont be the first to do it - you mean first game of 2021 not 2020
@rockertherockgod Damn it, that's the first time I've done it this year! Thanks for pointing it out.
Review prediction a solid 8 to start off the year.
My oldest brother has a barcode tattooed on the back of his head, that’s how much my brothers love this game.
When are reviews going live ?
@B-I-G-DEVIL
Curious about that too. There were a lot of complains that there was not much review videos on playstation for Cyberpunk 2077, but so far I didn't see much videos of Hitman 3 too. The release is already in 2 days so I expected some gameplay videos to be up already.
@DualshockInfinit I'm not sure if you're joking or not!
@Mysterio @B-I-G-DEVIL "Better yet, the Push Square review will be out tomorrow."
It helps if you read the article.
@DualshockInfinit. He should get a receipt back .haha.word up son
@LiamCroft
Touché, but I also like to see some video gameplay myself made by others than the developer. At least, I'll wait for that before I buy anything.
@LiamCroft Oops my bad 😅😂
I even clicked tweet which it right next to 😅
Is this episodic again?
It would be nice if the older games got patched for ps5 with 60fps..it would feel like heaven..now playing the first one..fun games with lots of content..it was a great ps plus offering.
@zebric21 It doesn’t really need to be. If you own Hitman 1 even through PS Plus then you’ll get those levels included with Hitman 3. It makes more sense from a consolidation point of view.
What I want to know is: Will Hitman 3 have a mission that surpass the Miami Global Innovation Race mission from Hitman 2?
@Mysterio
I've seen people playing Hitman 3 early with their own footage. Hitman 1 and 2 were well optimized with little glitches and this is on the same engine so I really dont anticipate any issues with this one.
Man that music is fantastic, they need to release it immediately
1 day and 15hours to go. Just noticed the PS5 downloaded the PS4 version first! Now selected the PS5 version to download. It's good though cause I want to try the game in VR.
That video feels so 80's, I'm pretty sure it's just because of the balladic music, but screw Project 007, I want them to make a game of Atomic Blonde.
I'm in a bit of a predicament with this game.
I've got the PS5 deluxe edition preordered, it's being delivered tomorrow, so it's too late to cancel.
I'm still waiting for my PSVR Camera adaptor that I ordered from Sony last October. Which they keep telling me is on the way.
Do I open the PS5 game and hope my adaptor turns up any time soon? Or do I send it back and buy the PS4 version so I can play in VR?
Update to my question Seems the ioi website has confused matters even more, they say,
"To make sure all PS VR owners can experience the game in VR, we’re including a free digital copy of the PS4 version of HITMAN 3 with all PS5 copies, whether you choose to buy it via disc or digital."
So after I've added the "free digital copy" to my library on the PS5, I can play it on my PS4 without the need for a disc?
@TheLightSpirit Every location is playable in VR.
